SEPTEMBER: Floral Watercolour & Yoga workshop 06/09

We are excited to have artist and yoga teacher Lisa Gardner join us to lead this unique masterclass. Lisa is a watercolour artist inspired by the natural world, the connection between breath and brushwork and rare wildflower species on the edge of extinction. From her studio on the south coast of England, Lisa crafts whimsical artwork under the name Iris Hill - a homage to her Nan, the woman who lit Lisa’s creative flame and helped it burn bright.

During this three-hour workshop, Lisa will guide us through how to move, breathe and create as we engage with Stem and Green's beautiful seasonal flowers. The session is truly immersive, giving you the time to enjoy both yoga and botanical watercolour painting. A nourishing day to support your creativity and wellbeing.

The Workshop will begin with a tour of the flower field and a chance to pick some flowers. This will be followed by a 45-minute relaxing, slow flow mat-based yoga session. Then after a break for tea and cake, we finish with an hour of relaxing watercolour painting using natural plant-based pigments. 

All painting materials, tea and cake will be provided, please dress appropriately for the activity and weather and please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.

If heavy rain is forecast, we will move the workshop to another date, and a full refund will be given in the event you can't make the new date. 

A full refund will be given if you cancel 7 days before the workshop, 50% refund thereafter.
